We Get Rid of Birds

Need to get rid of birds?  We get rid of birds, all kinds of birds, in all kinds of areas.  We have been getting rid birds for Seattle area homes and businesses over 20 years.

All sorts of birds nest on and in homes and other structures.

Getting rid of birds - woodpeckers

Woodpeckers pound on metal flashing, vents or chimney caps - looking for mates.  Female woodpeckers are impressed by a guy who can make some noise.

Woodpecker punch holes in your eaves and walls to make nests.

Woodpeckers are a protected species.  So it is important that woodpecker control measures do not actually harm the birds.

More info on woodpeckers can be found here

Getting rid of birds - pigeons

Pigeons nest under the eaves of homes.  Screen works really well in the areas.  See the two pictures below.

Sometimes, bird spikes, netting, or trip wires work better.  See top right hand picture

We also install birdslide and inovative material that keeps pigeons from nesting in areas that looks great and can be painted.

Getting rid of birds - starlings

Starlings and other birds are highly attracted to the vents spaces in eaves.

We do a lot of work getting rid of birds in these areas.  Please see our page on bird screens for more about getting rid of starlings and other birds that tear open screens and nest in roof and attic voids.

The best woodpecker deterrents combine movement, light reflection, and some level of noise.

This placement is effective more than 90% of the time.

Sturdy screens applied to the outside will keep out starlings and other small birds.
